I think we all realize the ingredients in the store bought bouillon cubes or powder is full of things I don't want. And chances are, you already have most of these ingredients at home. So let's get back to the basics and make our own spice blend, and save a little money while we're at it.
This Chicken Bouillon Powder is one you're going to want to make. There is only one thing you probably need to buy from the store. Everything else you probably already have in your pantry. A whole slew of spics and herbs, blits it all up in a food processor or blender until it's a powder. Give it one good smell and you're going to want to put this on everything.
I try to always have bone broth in our fridge or freezer, but in a pinch this is what I reach for. It's perfect to add to season sauces, veggies, meats, soups and rice. I pretty much add it to everything. I hope you give this a try.
